A short story about us

Back in 1974, three friends graduated with degrees in industrial engineering, ready to take on the world. Fast-forward fifty years, and they’d built careers, solved problems, raised their families and gathered a vast amount of experience across different areas of their field. But when retirement came knocking… they didn’t answer.

Retiring? Nah. That sounded way too quiet. Too slow. Too uninspiring. Their wives agreed: «You guys are not ready to power down,» —they said. «There are plenty of challenges out there.» And so, the trio turned their attention to a mystery that had long puzzled them:

Why is it so hard to find a good cup of coffee with pure almond milk?

Not almond “flavor.” Not sweetened, diluted, or blended with mystery ingredients. Just real, clean, honest almond milk. No preservatives. No nonsense.

They asked around. They searched. They sipped. They grimaced. And finally, they said: “If it doesn’t exist, we’ll make it ourselves.”

Alta Gamma USA Corp. is a company based in Coral Gables dedicated to the creation and development of natural and sustainable products for the foodservice and conscious consumption markets.
